The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi emphasized the excellence of the entertainment program for the Eastern Region's 1440, which is organized by the Chamber's Events Fund in the first day of Eid al-Fitr 2019 and its accompanying events within a recreational program directed to all members of the family, where they continue in different locations.
Al-Khalidi said that the ceremony is being patronized and honored by the Prince of the Eastern Region His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef.
He explained that the Chamber is keen to organize celebrations in accordance with the highest standards, which ensures success and excellence.
He pointed out to a number of surprises that will be witnessed at the celebrations and will be presented at the General Authority for Sports in Dammam (Green Arena), in addition to the accompanying events which will be in different locations.
On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, Al-Khalidi chaired a meeting at the headquarter of the Chamber that included representatives from the participating government agencies and the supporting bodies in the organization, which was held at the Chamber's headquarter in Dammam.
He reviewed the executive plan for the main ceremony in addition to the plans of the organization for the rest of the accompanying events.
Al-Khalidi pointed out that the Chamber and through the activities of this year are working to provide entertainment in line with the expectations and aspirations of the people and visitors of the region through events and activities that are offered free of charge to all members of the family and keep pace with the new in the entertainment sector by attracting professionals in the entertainment industry.
Al-Khalidi said that the meeting comes out of the usual concern of the Chamber to organize its events, during which they review and follow-up all details related to the work plans of the participating parties and the extent of readiness in the implementation of its tasks and role in organizing the ceremony, as well as discuss the plans of the security agencies to cover the sites of the ceremony and the accompanying events in order to achieve the success that we seek from all aspects of regulation.
Al-Khalidi also thanked all government agencies for their continuous cooperation with the Chamber to ensure that the celebrations are organized in a distinctive way, in addition to its ongoing partnership in all events organized by the Chamber.

And Department of weapons and explosives management, Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam, The Saudi Red Crescent Society, the Committee for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice, King Abdul Aziz Port Customs and Dammam TV.
